Anil Ashok Sharrma has joined Oncquest Laboratories Ltd. as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will head the HR function while working closely with the COO to drive the company’s people strategy.

Before joining Oncquest Laboratories, Anil served as Vice President – Human Resources at Atulaya Healthcare. With more than two decades of experience and a strong background across leading organisations such as TATA, Bharti Airtel, and Agilus Diagnostics, he brings extensive expertise in HR leadership, strategic workforce planning, and employee engagement. Over time, Anil has driven major HR changes, strengthened talent development, and shaped strong workplace cultures, positioning him as an experienced and trusted leader in both the healthcare and telecom segment.
