Tech firm Neurealm has appointed Altamash Vakil as the Director – Total Rewards. In the new role, the company expects him to bring years of experience, built across multiple companies and roles.
Prior to this, he served Birlasoft as the Global Head- Total Rewards. At Birlasoft, he worked for six years, where he led AI-driven compensation strategies, integrating Microsoft Copilot, and designing executive compensation, ESOPs, long-term incentives, and ESG-aligned frameworks. According to a LinkedIn post by CXO Lanes, he is an expert at functions such as global pay equity, benchmarking, performance management, and digital transformation in rewards.
The post further stated that Vakil’s global journey across India, APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and the USA has strengthened his ability to manage complex, multi-country compensation programmes, market pricing strategies, benefits harmonisation, and reward optimisation.
At Travelex, Colt Technology Services, and HCL Technologies, he played a key role in overseeing global reward operations, driving benchmarking initiatives, and introducing performance-linked pay structures. Backed by strong analytical skills and a deep grasp of global compensation frameworks, he continues to advance strategic, data-driven, and AI-enabled Total Rewards practices in his leadership roles.
Some of the other companies that he served are Jubilant Life Sciences, Travelex, Colt Technology Services, HCLTech Technologies, and Asian Paints.
