Novotel Hyderabad Airport has appointed Dharaniswar Das as Director of People and Culture.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of People and Culture at NOVOTEL HYDERABAD AIRPORT!” Das shared on LinkedIn. Das has over 17 years of global HR experience, along with 6 years in food and beverage. He is passionate about creating happy task forces, minimising payroll cost and attrition and providing a memorable guest experience.
Prior to Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Das was a part of Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall. He joined the company in September 2022 as Talent & Culture Manager. In January 2023, he was appointed as Associate Director of Talent & Culture. This was followed by his promotion to Director of Talent & Culture in January 2024.
From December 2018 to September 2022, Das was associated with Novotel Guwahati G S Road as Manager Talent & Culture and L&D. Before that, he was a part of Novotel Ibis Techpark Bengaluru from May 2016 to December 2018 as L&D Manager. Das has also been a part of Novotel Imagica Khopoli, having held the role of Training Manager from May 2013 to April 2016.
In June 2012, Das joined AVASA Hotel Hyderabad as a Training Manager and held the role until May 2013. He was also associated with Park Plaza Ahmedabad from July 2010 to June 2012 as a Training Manager. Previously, Das has also been affiliated with Sarada College of Hotel Management, P&O Cruise, and Hyatt Regency Kolkata.
