NoBroker.com has promoted Ira Joshi to Director – Human Resources (HR).

Joshi has been a part of NoBroker.com for seven years. She joined the company in April 2018 as Senior Human Resources Manager. In May 2022, she was elevated to Associate Director – HR, a position she held until her recent promotion.
With in-depth knowledge and years of professional experience in the HR sector, Joshi is well-versed in strategy development and implementation of systematic programs and processes for HR operational areas. She is known for her ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally at all organisational levels and adapt to diverse/changing business needs.
Previously, Joshi was a part of Deluxe Entertainment Services, having served as Senior HR Business Partner from June 2014 to March 2018. She was also a part of JLL from April 2012 to June 2014 as an HR Business Partner. Joshi was also with IBM as an HR Executive from November 2010 to May 2012.
In June 2010, Joshi was appointed as an IT Recruiter at Pinaki. Before that, she had been with ITC Fortune Hotels from May 2009 to July 2009 as an HR Trainee.
