NLC India Limited has promoted Pankaj Kumar to the position of Executive Director (HR), effective April 1, 2026, through departmental promotion. The announcement was made in compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
In his new role, Kumar will lead enterprise-wide human resources strategy, digital HR transformation, talent management, and cultural transformation initiatives for the Navratna public sector enterprise.
Kumar brings over 28 years of experience in human capital management across the public sector and multinational organisations. Most recently, he served as a senior HR leader within NLC India’s people function. Earlier in his career, he spent 13 years at LG Electronics India, where he developed expertise in HR strategy and workforce planning. He holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Jiwaji University and holds professional certifications in HR.
The promotion was disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, following the superannuation of outgoing Executive Director Hemant Kumar, who retired on March 31, 2026.
