Shilpa Dua has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at NIIT Limited, effective October 30, 2025. Before this, she served as Corporate Vice President & Head – HR (Axis Partnership) at Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where she drove transformative HR initiatives in culture building, leadership development, digital HR enablement, organization design, and performance-driven growth architecture.
Shilpa is passionate about driving value through world-class human capital practices and technology. With over 18 years of multi-cultural experience across MNCs, large Indian organizations, and start-ups and spanning diverse industries including FMCG, CPG, retail, financial services, and technology, she has led large-scale transformations, built high-performing teams, and played a key role in shaping organizational culture, leadership, and careers.
Shilpa has also been part of the leadership teams at Walmart India, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., and GSK Consumer Healthcare. She has worked across the entire talent lifecycle, spanning strategy and operations, and brings both global and local perspectives to people, leadership, and organizational practices. Her expertise covers HR strategy, business partnering across corporate, sales, and manufacturing functions, as well as talent and performance management, leadership and organization development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee experience.
