NIIT has appointed Dr Manmeet Kaur Wilkhoo as Head HR – Operations.
With over 20 years of experience and a doctorate in HR from the Swiss School of Business and Management, Dr Wilkhoo is known for driving high-impact transformations across people and culture functions. She is also well-versed in creating HR strategies that align talent, culture, and business growth, while delivering measurable improvements in employee experience, operational excellence, and organisational performance.
Prior to NIIT, Dr Wilkhoo had been associated with CoreStack. From September 2022 to October 2024, she worked there as Head of People & Culture at CoreStack, North America. Dr Wilkhoo was also associated with IndiGo from November 2016 to May 2022 as Senior Human Resources Manager.
From March 2012 to October 2016, Dr Wilkhoo was with Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets as HR Professional – Human Resources Shared Services Asia Pacific & Europe. In September 2010, she joined Tata AIG General Insurance Company as an HR Professional. Dr Wilkhoo had held the same position with Bharti Airtel from November 2008 to September 2010.
In December 2007, Dr Wilkhoo joined Unicon Investment Solution as an HR Professional. She was also affiliated with Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance in a similar capacity from August 2003 to November 2007.
