Sunteck Realty has appointed Neha S Singh as HR Cluster Head, adding an experienced real estate HR leader to its management team.
In her new role, Singh will oversee HR strategy, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering across Sunteck’s project portfolio. Her responsibilities will include managing the talent acquisition centre of excellence, building talent pipelines, improving employee engagement, and working with business leaders to align workforce capabilities with the company’s growth agenda.
Singh joins from Kalpataru, where she spent nearly 11 years as Senior HR Business Partner. During her tenure there, she led HR transformation, leadership development, succession planning, onboarding, and performance management initiatives, supporting the company’s business expansion and organisational culture agenda. Earlier in her career, she held a sales support role at Nilkamal between 2013 and 2015. She brings over 13 years of HR experience, with a primary focus on the real estate sector.
