PVH Arvind Fashions Limited has appointed Lisa Basumatari as Head Human Resources for its Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein businesses in India.
Based in Bengaluru, Basumatari will lead the people and culture agenda for both brands, with responsibility for talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and HR operations across the two premium lifestyle labels.
Basumatari brings over 18 years of experience in human resources across fashion, retail, media, banking, quick-service restaurants, and learning consultancy. She joins from Arvind Fashions Limited, where she served as Head Talent and Organisational Development, working closely with the CHRO and leadership team to drive talent practices, capability building, and people transformation across the organisation. Prior to that, she held the role of General Manager People Resources at McDonald’s India (West and South), following an earlier stint as Deputy General Manager People Resources with the same organisation. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at SMEcorner, Reliance Retail, RBL Bank, Viacom18 Media, Lee Hecht Harrison, and several learning and development consultancies.
