Mankind Pharma Limited has appointed Nilesh Kulkarni as Head of Human Resource Functions for the Mankind Pharma Group, designating him as a Senior Management Personnel, effective June 8, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors through a resolution passed by circulation and forms part of an internal organisational restructuring of the group’s HR leadership framework, as disclosed to the BSE under SEBI listing regulations. Concurrently, Prateek Dubey has transitioned to new roles and responsibilities within the organisation and has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel with immediate effect.
Kulkarni steps into the group-level role from Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), the wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer for over six years. In that capacity, he was responsible for building talent capabilities, driving organisational effectiveness, and supporting BSV’s business transformation agenda — including its integration into the Mankind Pharma Group following the ₹13,630 crore acquisition completed in 2024.
He brings over 25 years of experience in HR leadership across the pharmaceutical sector, with expertise spanning organisational transformation, multi-country mergers and acquisitions integration, succession planning, talent management, learning architecture, and complex organisation design across India, South Asia, and Europe. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership positions at Novo Nordisk, Roche, Novartis, and Sanofi.
