Saibal Bhattacharya has joined Newmark as Vice President – Human Resources. In his new role, he will drive HR strategy, strengthen employee experience, and cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace culture. Previously, Saibal was with ISS Facility Services India Private Limited as Vice President – People & Culture.

With over three decades of experience, Saibal has worked with leading organizations including Knight Frank India, Sodexo, RPG Group Enterprises, Abbott Healthcare, and Piramal Enterprises Limited. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his deep expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, performance management, and change leadership. At ISS Facility Services India and Knight Frank India, Saibal played a key role in driving progressive HR frameworks, ESG-aligned initiatives, and culture transformation programs that championed inclusivity and innovation.
Saibal has led HR functions across diverse domains, including Corporate HR, Sales HR, Office, R&D Centre, Factory HR, and P&L management. Over his career, he has driven HR leadership initiatives across a wide range of sectors such as Real Estate, Asset Management, Services, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Automobiles, IT, BFSI, Infrastructure, Engineering, Food Services, Education, and Healthcare. Academically, Saibal holds a Master’s in Business Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis International University.
