NetCom Learning has appointed Narendra Kumar Vellore as Director, Human Resources. In the new role, he is expected to ensure that HR processes are closely linked to measurable business outcomes while supporting a consistent and engaging workplace culture.
He will work on strengthening hiring effectiveness, standardising HR policies and compliance across locations, and enhancing the overall employee experience through the use of people analytics, HRMS and ATS platforms, and AI-enabled HR initiatives.
He will also focus on building scalable and compliant people systems across talent acquisition, employee engagement and HR operations, aligned with the organisation’s growth and business priorities.
Before joining NetCom Learning, he held senior HR roles at organisations including Aurum Advisors, BlueprintPeo, 24-7 Intouch, Knoah Solutions, Satyam Computer Services (Tech Mahindra Group), Butler International, Hellosoft India and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
His experience in scaling HR functions and driving governance across complex organisations is expected to support NetCom Learning to strengthen its culture, compliance framework and future-ready people practices.
