NetApp has appointed Ranjit Kumar Singh as Site HR Leader, India & Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Prior to joining NetApp, Singh had been a part of Zebra Technologies. From March 2024 to September 2025, he worked with the company as Human Resources Director – ISC. Singh was also affiliated with VMWare from May 2019 to March 2024 as Director HR BP Asia Pacific & Japan, Saudi Arabia & the UAE.
From December 2017 to May 2019, Singh was the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Solara Active Pharma Services. He was also affiliated with Allergan for over five years. Singh joined Allergen in August 2012 as Senior Manager – HR and then became Head – Human Resources in February 2014.
Singh was with Sapient from January 2011 to July 2012 as Manager – HR, APAC. He was also associated with Oracle for over two years from May 2008 to 2011. He started at Oracle as an HR Consultant in May 2008 and was then appointed as an HR Business Partner in February 2010. In June 2006, Singh joined GMR Group as Associate Manager- Corporate HR, and retained the role until April 2008.
