NetAmbit has promoted Ritu Tiwari to Vice President of Learning and Development.

Tiwari has been a part of NetAmbit for over three years. She started at the company in April 2022 as Associate Vice President.. In June 2023, she became Deputy Vice President. During her time at her current workplace, Tiwari has demonstrated her expertise in interpersonal skills, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, unconscious bias awareness training, and training and development.
Before NetAmbit, Tiwari served as Head of Training Department for Soothe Healthcare from July 2021 to April 2022. She was a Training Manager at Talentedge_In from January 2021 to July 2021. Tiwari was also a part of Aakash Educational Services for over two years. She joined the company in September 2016 as Assistant Training Manager and became Training Manager in July 2018. From October 2014 to September 2016, Tiwari was Assistant Training Manager at Etisal International India.
Tiwari was associated with WNS Global Services for over six years. Her time at the company began with her appointment as an Associate in May 2008. She then became a Team Leader in Training in May 2009. In June 2010, she was elevated to Assistant Manager of Operations, a position she retained until June 2010. In the past, Tiwari has also worked for HCL Technologies and Vanguard.
