Kishor Kumar has taken on the role of Senior Vice President and Global Head – Talent Supply Chain at Ness Digital Engineering. In this new role, he will spearhead the talent supply chain strategy, focusing on AI-driven enablement and the creation of future-ready talent pools.
With over 25 years of experience, Kishor brings extensive expertise in developing agile, scalable talent frameworks, revenue enablement, and workforce mobilization to support global expansion. He also brings deep expertise in blitz scaling and enhancing operational efficiencies, leading to improved profit margins and elevated customer satisfaction.
Before stepping into his new role, Kishor served as the Global Head of Recruitment at Infogain for over seven years, handling 40+ talent acquisition professionals across the globe. Infogain is a Silicon Valley headquartered company with software platform engineering and deep domain expertise in travel, retail, insurance and high technology.
Prior to that Kishor spent 14 years at Wipro Technologies, leading supply chain operations for the North American region. He was also a faculty member at PES University and the Center for American Education in Bengaluru, laying a solid foundation in talent development. Academically, Kishor holds a Master of Science in Physics from Annamalai University and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from PES University, Bengaluru.
