NCC has appointed Bikram K Nayak as Vice President (VP) Human Resources.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President, Human Resources at NCC Limited!” Nayak shared on LinkedIn.
In his new role, Nayak will be responsible for the People function of NCC, which is known as the second-largest construction and infrastructure enterprise of the country. He will lead and drive HR Transformation of 15000 employees and various businesses spanning 13 regional offices across India.
Prior to his new role, Nayak had been associated with Vedanta. From March 2024 to December 2025, he held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, Alumina Business at the company. From June 2023 to February 2024, Nayak was with Empert Consultants as Chief Business Officer. Additionally, from 2021 to 2022, he worked for Mindtree as Associate Vice President – People Function.
For over 24 years, Nayak was affiliated with Larsen & Toubro. He joined as Executive (IR) in January 1997 and then became Manager (Personnel) in July 2022. In October 2008, Nayak was appointed as Head Human Resources – Engineering Design & Research Centre, B&F IC.
From March 2012 to September 2015, Nayak served as Head of Talent Management at Larsen & Toubro. He became Head Talent Acquisition, Office of the CEO & MD in October 2015. In August 2019, he was given the position of JGM & Head Human Resources – L&T-NxT.
