Naxatra Labs has appointed Vijay Nair as Head – HR & Administration.

Nair has over 3 decades of experience and is known for his deep expertise in HR leadership, administrative governance, and people-centric management. As per Naxatra Labs, Nair’s career is “marked by a strong commitment to building robust systems, nurturing organisational culture, and driving operational discipline.”
From October 2016 to March 2025, Nair was a part of iCreate as Head of HR and Administration. Before that, from March 2005 to October 2016, he was with the Centre for Organization Development as Head Of Administration. Nair also has extensive experience as a freelancer, having provided consulting support to various educational institutions on academic and liaison-related matters.
