NAB has promoted Manas Nagpal to Senior Vice President – Talent Acquisition.

Nagpal is a seasoned talent acquisition expert who aligns talent strategy with business strategy. As a strategic partner, consultant and people manager, he contributes significantly to the total acquisition function and operations.
Nagpal joined NAB in August 2023 when he was appointed as Vice President | People & Culture. Before NAB, he was a part of Deloitte from April 2022 to July 2023 as Associate Director | Talent Acquisition.
For 8 years, Nagpal was associated with Evalueserve. He started working for the company in April 2014 as a Senior Associate | Talent Acquisition. This was followed by Nagpal’s ascension to Manager | Talent Acquisition in January 2016. In January 2018, he became Senior Manager | Talent Acquisition and was later promoted to Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition | Analytics & Financial Services in January 2022.
From January 2008 to December 2013, Nagpal also worked for Smart Career as a Recruitment Consultant.
