E-retail giant Myntra claimed that it has added over 20,000 through its partner network in preparation for the 22nd End of Reason Sale (EORS). The jobs are meant to boost logistics, customer support, and last-mile delivery operations during the annual sale that began on May 31, 2025.
Among the hired individuals, 4,500 are delivery partners, while 1,000 have taken up the roles of customer service agents.
Myntra has also recruited new personnel for its warehouse, out of which around 22% are women. These new employees will be responsible for sorting, grading, and packing across the fulfilment centres based in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi.
“The creation of over 20,000 employment opportunities for the 22nd edition of EORS to meet the expected surge in demand is a testament to our ‘Customer First’ commitment,” said Govindraj M K, Chief Human Resources Officer, Myntra. “It is great to see a strong representation of women and the inclusion of people from diverse regions.”
The diversity within Myntra’s new employees includes their varied origins, with the recruits spread across Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Mizoram, Odisha, Tripura, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. With this move, the company aims to diversify its workforce while simultaneously keeping up with the rise in demand as customers flock to make the best of the highly anticipated sale.
