Ramanujam V has been appointed Head of Human Resources at Mplastics Toys and Engineering Private Limited, bringing more than 22 years of experience spanning human resources, industrial relations, and administration.
In his new position, he will oversee HR strategy, organisational development, and statutory compliance, with a focus on strengthening workforce capabilities and supporting the company’s growth plans.
Before joining Mplastics, Ramanujam served as Deputy General Manager – HR, IR & Admin and earlier as General Manager of Human Resources at VSM Weaves India Private Limited, where he led end-to-end HR operations and introduced initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Over the course of his career, he has held senior HR leadership roles with manufacturing organisations including Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd., Metalman Auto Limited, and APL Apollo Tubes Limited, managing industrial relations, workforce planning, training, payroll, and regulatory compliance across large-scale operations.
Earlier assignments at SVG Exports Private Limited and TTK Prestige Ltd further strengthened his expertise in HR administration, recruitment, and compensation management.
