Ashish K. has joined Morningstar as Talent Acquisition Leader, bringing more than 20 years of experience in strategic talent management and recruitment. In his new role, he will leverage his expertise from global organizations to strengthen talent pipelines, drive strategic growth, and implement innovative hiring practices aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at TIAA, leading initiatives across multiple business units in Mumbai. Ashish is a seasoned recruitment leader, recognized for his commitment to data-driven decision-making, advancing diversity and inclusion, and keeping pace with the latest recruitment trends.
He brings over 20 years of experience across diverse domains and has previously been associated with organizations including Marsh McLennan Global Services, Barclays Technology Center India, JP Morgan Chase, Hewitt Associates, and Dataquest Management Consultants. Academically, Ashish is a Commerce graduate from IP University, Delhi.
