Mondee Appoints Chandrakala Kawle as Director – HR

Mondee has appointed Chandrakala Kawle as Director – Human Resources (HR).

With over 17 years of experience, Kawle is known for overseeing high-impact HR business partner functions. She is an expert in using HR analytics and providing strategic HR consulting to design and implement data-driven people strategies that enhance business performance and employee experience. Kawle’s past experience includes leading organisational transformations, including restructures, mergers and acquisitions integrations, ensuring operational continuity.

Before Mondee, Kawle was a part of RealPage, having worked there for over 3 years. She joined the company in July 2021 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, Kawle was responsible for delivering end-to-end HR operations. In March 2024, she was elevated to the position of Global Head of HR Analytics, allowing her to lead strategic initiatives across the company.

From October 2019 to June 2021, Kawle worked with Cloud4C Services as Manager – HR Business Partner, overseeing global employees. For over a decade, she was also associated with Deloitte. Kawle joined Deloitte in June 2009 as an HR Consultant as well as a Risk and Financial Advisory Consultant. She retained both of these positions until October 2019. From July 2007 to April 2009, Kawle worked in the Business Development and Recruitment division of CES.

Kawle has studied HR analytics and data analytics at XLRI Jamshedpur. She also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Osmania University.
