Mindspace Business Parks has appointed Anuja Ghosh as Head HR – Mindspace REIT.

With about 19 years of experience, Ghosh is well-versed in talent acquisition, organisation development, change management, cross-functional initiatives, HR policies, strategic HR, and much more. She is also known for working closely with the management teams of various companies as an advisor. Through her efforts, she pushes companies to the next level of maturity, transforming systems, processes and people so that the teams are future-ready.
Prior to Mindspace Business Parks, Ghosh was a part of SBI Ventures. She joined the company in March 2021 as the Head of Human Resources Department, a position she held for five years.
Ghosh was part of India Ratings & Research – A Fitch Group Company for over a decade. She joined the company in June 2010 and remained associated with the company until March 2021 as Head of Human Resources. Additionally, Ghosh worked for Tata AIG General Insurance from April 2007 to June 2010 as a Human Resources Manager.
