Diwakkar Rautela has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition, India at Millennium, a New York-based investment management firm. Announcing the move on LinkedIn, he shared,

Before joining Millennium, Diwakkar spent nearly eight years at Citi as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, where he led strategic hiring and stakeholder engagement initiatives. He has also held senior roles at PwC’s Service Delivery Center and Tech Mahindra Group, where he managed talent operations across geographies, including Australia. His earlier career stints include positions at BMC Software and Manpower. Overall, Diwakkar brings over two decades of experience with deep expertise in people strategy and talent transformation.
