Milestone has appointed Navneet Gupta as Global HR Head.

Prior to Milestone, Gupta was a part of fabric. He worked at the company from May 2022 to September 2025 as Head of People – Asia. Gupta was also affiliated with Aakash Educational Services from June 2021 to May 2022 as Lead HRBP.
In September 2020, Gupta joined i4 HR Consulting: Talent and Learning Solutions as a People Consultant. He was also with Curefit as Head HR | Fitness Business@cure.fit from October 2018 to September 2020. Gupta was affiliated with the PUMA Group from September 2017 as Head – Corporate HR.
Gupta worked for Bharti Airtel for over 4 years. He joined in June 2012 as a Young Leader and became a Talent Acquisition Manager in January 2013. In January 2014, Gupta was appointed as Talent Management & Development Partner, followed by his taking up SME Talent and Learning in September 2014. He went on to become an HR Business Partner in April 2016.
