Shipra Saraf has stepped into the role of Head of HR Consulting for India and South Asia at Microsoft, beginning a new chapter in her career with the global tech giant.
A seasoned HR professional with 18 years of rich and diverse experience across HR consulting and corporate roles, Shipra brings deep expertise in leadership coaching, talent management, diversity & inclusion, organizational transformation, mergers & acquisitions, HR data & analytics, and shared services. She is passionate about enabling business growth through forward-looking talent strategies, capability building, and culture transformation. Known for her collaborative leadership style, Shipra thrives in complex, fast-evolving environments and takes pride in designing impactful solutions from the ground up. Her global exposure spans India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Asia Pacific, and South Africa.
Before joining Microsoft, Shipra held key HR leadership roles at Kenvue, Johnson & Johnson, and EY, where she contributed to strategic people initiatives across diverse business landscapes.
