METRO Global Solution Center (GSC) has appointed Ruchi Dubey as Director, People and Culture.
With 25 years of experience, Dubey is a seasoned HR professional known for her HR leadership, organisational development, and talent management. In her new role, she will oversee METRO GSC’s people agenda through a culture of growth and engagement, aligning HR strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives.
Before she joined METRO GSC, Dubey had been a part of Infosys BPM for over 15 years. She joined the company in December 2009 as Lead – Leadership and Global Talent Acquisition. In July 2011, she became a Senior Consultant, Solution Design, followed by her appointment as Senior Unit Manager -BPHR in September 2014. Dubey became HR Business Manager in January 2021 and was given the role of HR Business Leader in March 2024.
From July 2007 to February 2008, Dubey worked as Recruitment Transformation Policy Manager for The Insolvency Service. Prior to that, she was associated with Cisco Systems as a Recruitment Coordinator from December 2006 to April 2007. In the past, Dubey has also worked for Capital Consulting, Ocwen Financial, Ionidea Enterprise Solutions, BRS International, and Cadbury’s India.
Dubey has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Jabalpur. She also completed the Infosys Women in Leadership Program in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
