She has played a key role in several cross-functional initiatives, including the design and implementation of integrated talent management systems, establishing high-performance cultures through online performance management frameworks, and enhancing organizational capabilities via career management programs. Arunima has also led the creation and delivery of strategic learning and development solutions across all levels of the organization. A certified coach and lifelong learner, she holds credentials in HR analytics, enterprise design thinking, and executive coaching.
