Megha Engineering and Infrastructures (MEIL) has appointed Prakash Krishnappa as Head of Talent Acquisition.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Talent Acquisition at Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL),” Krishnappa shared on LinkedIn.
In September 2022, Krishnappa joined Birlasoft as India Recruiting and Resource Management. Before that, he was a part of Thomson Reuters from May 2021 to February 2022 as Regional Head HR – Technology and Operations.
Krishnappa has also worked for Accenture in two stints. He first joined the company in December 2007 as Recruitment Lead – Technology and Operations and held the role until July 2009. In September 2019, Krishnappa came back as HR Shared Services lead and HR Transformation/ Strategic Initiatives.
From May 2010 to June 2019, Krishnappa was a part of Bank of America as Head HR – Global Banking and Corporate Functions. He also worked for Dell International Services from June 2001 to December 2007 as a Recruitment Lead. In August 1999, Krishnappa started working for SKF Group as a Design Engineer. He also served as a Consultant for the Modi Group of Companies from March 1998 to April 1999.
