Meenal Singh has been appointed Senior HR Business Partner at L’Oréal, where she will collaborate closely with business leaders to shape people strategy, enhance workforce planning, and support key talent and culture initiatives across the organisation.
In her new role, Meenal is expected to leverage her extensive experience in HR business partnering, employer branding, and employee relations to drive impactful human capital outcomes within L’Oréal’s dynamic and evolving business environment.
Meenal brings a strong track record in strategic HR leadership from her previous roles. Before joining L’Oréal, she served in senior human resources positions at Reliance Industries Limited, where she was responsible for cadre hiring and employer branding initiatives. Before that, she was HR Business Partner for the Jewellery Division at Titan Company Limited, playing a key role in aligning HR practices with business priorities.
Her earlier experience includes HR and talent management roles at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. and Capgemini, where she developed deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation across large, complex organisations.
Meenal’s appointment reinforces L’Oréal’s focus on strengthening its HR capability to support business growth and foster a high-performance workplace culture.
