McLaren Strategic Solutions (MSS) has appointed Gomathi Rajendran as Director, Human Resources (HR).

In her new role, Rajendran will drive the people strategy with a focus on organisational growth, culture, and capability building. She will shape and execute initiatives across talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee experience. Rajendran will also promote a culture of inclusion, engagement, and performance while ensuring alignment of HR practices with business objectives and long-term organisational goals.
Prior to joining MSS, Rajendran was a part of Excellify as Lead HR consultant from November 2024 to October 2025. Before that, she worked for KVG from January 2023 to August 2024 as Global Human Resources Manager. Rajendran was also associated with DSV – Global Transport and Logistics as Senior Manager-Human Resources from January 2022 to January 2023.
For 12 years, Rajendran worked for FedEx. She joined the company in February 2010 as an HR Specialist. Rajendran held this role for over 7 years until February 2017. She was then promoted to Senior HR Specialist and retained the position until January 2022.
In the past, Rajendran has also been associated with Citibank and Maze Net Solution as an HR Generalist (January 2007 to December 2009) and Assistant Manager – HR (October 2003 to January 2007), respectively.
