Aarti Kapoor has been named Director – Global HR Operations & Service Delivery at McDonald’s Global Capability Center (GCC). In this new role, she will lead global HR operations and spearhead service excellence initiatives, focusing on scalable, people-centric transformations across the company’s workforce functions.
Before joining McDonald’s, Aarti Kapoor served as Vice President – People Enablement & Service Delivery at the Adani Group. Prior to that, she was with PepsiCo, where she played a pivotal role in People Operations and HR capability development.
Her longest tenure was at Amazon, where she spent over seven years leading global HR services, driving process automation, and advancing inclusion initiatives. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years at American Express, managing leave programs, employee accommodations, and compliance.
Aarti is passionate about transforming complex challenges into efficient, streamlined processes, building high-performing teams, and cultivating workplaces where diversity and inclusion drive success. She holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has completed the Executive HR Management Program from IIM Indore.
