Mankind Pharma appoints Dapinder Singh Narula as Head of Talent Management and Special Projects

Mankind Pharma has appointed Dapinder Singh Narula as Head of Talent Management and Special Projects. Narula will work from Mankind’s Corporate office in Delhi and report to Prateek Dubey, the company’s Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

With over 15 years of experience, Narula has contributed significantly to the HR operations of several companies, spread across a variety of industries. He specialises in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and much more. With his skills in organisational development, culture and policy formulation, Narula is expected to elevate Mankind’s HR functions significantly.

Prior to Mankind, Narula was a part of Jubilant FoodWorks, having started as Head – Talent Management, Performance, Engagement and Partner – DEI in May 2022, before being promoted to Head – Talent Management, Performance, Learning and Development and Human Resourced Business Partner (HRBP) – Corporate/Tech in January 2024.

From September 2018 to May 2022, Narula was with Max Life Insurance Company, having started as National Lead – Talent Management, OD and Special Projects, before being appointed as National HRBP – Sales Channel and Operations in October 2020. Narula was also the Head of Talent Management and Strategic Projects, with a focus on organisational development, culture and policy formulation, from September 2016 to September 2018.

Narula has also worked with Larsen & Toubro, first as the Head of Strategic Initiatives from May 2013 to December 2013, followed by his time as Head of Performance Management, Strategic Initiatives and HRBP from January 2014 to July 2015. He was then made the Head of Learning and Development, Performance Management, Strategic Initiatives and HRBP in July 2015, retaining the role until September 2016.

An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), Narula has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management. He also has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in electronics and communication engineering (ECE) from Dr B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
