Online travel services company MakeMyTrip has appointed Richa Jha as its Director of Human Resources (HR).

Jha started working for MakeMyTrip in March 2022, when she joined as an Associate Director of Human Resources. Now a part of the company for over three years, she has contributed significantly to MakeMyTrip’s HR operations. Her expertise lies in talent management, career development, HR policies, compensation and benefits, performance management and HR analytics.
Prior to MakeMyTrip, Jha was a part of Lexin from November 2019 to March 2022 as Human Resources Lead – India. She also worked for Walmart from September 2018 to November 2019 as Manager – Talent Architecture. In February 2016, Jha joined Aurigene Discovery Technologies as the Location HR Head.
Jha was a Deputy Manager for Reliance Retail, having taken up the role in August 2012. She has also been a part of companies like Biocon, wepsol, and AstraZeneca. An expert in HR, Jha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the International School of Business and Media.
