Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (Automotive and Farm Equipment Business) has named Abhishikta Das as Vice President – Human Resources for its Automotive division. In this role, she will drive HR strategy with a focus on talent management, organizational transformation, and workforce engagement as the company advances its global mobility and farm equipment leadership.
Abhishikta confirmed the appointment on her LinkedIn page, sharing:

Previously, Abhishikta served as Regional HR Director, South Asia at Reckitt, where she oversaw the end-to-end people strategy across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. She also led the HR transformation agenda for future growth, driving a strong talent strategy, optimizing organization design, and fostering cultural integration while managing a multi-geography, cross-cultural team. Abhishikta has also held key HR roles at The Hershey Company and Colgate-Palmolive.
Abhishikta brings nearly two decades of experience and is passionate about developing people, building systems, processes, and capabilities. She is driven by enabling leadership teams to achieve business growth through effective people strategies. An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), her leadership is expected to play a crucial role in strengthening Mahindra’s automotive HR strategies and driving future-ready people practices.
