Magic EdTech has appointed Runu Jain as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Jain has over 25 years of experience and is known for her expertise in talent management, employee engagement, mergers and acquisitions, performance oversight, diversity & inclusion, and coaching & mentoring. She is well-versed in managing a variety of priorities, spearheading change initiatives, and achieving goals.
Prior to joining Magic EdTech, Jain had been associated with Birlasoft for over 5 years. She joined the company in October 2022 as Head HRBP. This was followed by her promotion to HR Business Partner – Senior Director in March 2010.
From July 2010 to February 2020, just shy of a decade, Jain had been a part of IBM as HR Business Partner – DGM. Before that, she was with Genpact for over 4 years, having joined in February 2006 as Human Resources – Senior Manager.
In May 2004, Jain joined Amway India as Regional Manager – HR (North) and held the role until August 2005. She was also associated with RPG Enterprises from May 2000 to May 2004 as a part of the Human Resources team.
