Lyric.ai has appointed Srilakshmi Kesari as the new Vice President and Country HR Head, India. In the new role, she will be responsible for building people-first policies, strengthening the employer brand, and creating a culture rooted in learning, performance and collaboration.
She will bring two decade long experience in leading talent engagement, organisational development, and people strategy. She is also expected to drive Lyric.ai’s HR transformation as the company expands its footprint in India.
Announcing her appointment, Kesari took to LinkedIn, “Thrilled to announce my new role as the Country HR Head for Lyric.ai in India. As AI continues to transform industries rapidly, Lyric.ai is at the forefront of this evolution. It is an honor to contribute to the organization’s growth in India by shaping culture, enabling talent, and creating an employee experience that aligns with our values and vision.”
Prior to this, she was serving the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as the Head HR, Talent Engagement and Development. After a three year stint, she joined Lyric.AI in the new role.
In addition, she has led multiple organisations namely Ness Digital Engineering, Synopsis Inc, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratory, Wipro and Infotech. Throughout her career, she spearheaded roles such as Senior Manager HR, HR Business Partner and more.
