Lumax Auto Technologies has appointed Pooja Minocha as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Vice President HR, effective March 5, 2026.
In her new role, Minocha will be leading the people agenda for the company. With over 25 years of experience, she is well-versed in driving total rewards, talent management, employee engagement, HR innovation, HR scorecards, organisational structuring, and much more.
Prior to joining Lumax Auto Technologies, Minocha was a part of Bata India. She was associated with the company from June 2022 to March 2026 as Vice President, Human Resources and CHRO. Minocha was also the CHRO at CHRO Nexus from December 2019 to May 2022.
For over 3 years, Minocha worked with ADVANZ PHARMA, having joined the company in November 2016 as Director Human Resources – Asia Pacific, a position she held until December 2017. At the same time, she was also given the role of Global Director – Human Resources. Minocha became Director, Global Talent Management and HR Business Partner in January 2018, and was promoted to Global Director – Human Resources in October 2018.
From May 2011 to November 2016, Minocha was affiliated with Merck as Associate Director – Human Resources (C&B, HR Strategy, Employee Engagement and Talent Management). She was also with Bharti AXA Life Insurance from October 2006 to April 2011 as Associate Vice President – HR (C&B). Additionally, Minocha has worked for IBM Daksh and Telecom in the past.
