Ludhiana Beverages (LBPL), the bottling partner for The Coca-Cola Company in Punjab, has appointed Mannat Gill as its Chief Human Resources Officer. She will lead strategic HR, leadership development, and culture transformation at the manufacturer, with a focus on enabling business growth through talent, capability building, and future-ready organisational design.

“We are proud to announce that Mannat Gill has joined LBPL as our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO),” the company shared on LinkedIn. “At LBPL, we have always believed that diverse leadership isn’t just the right thing to do – it is a business imperative. Mannat’s appointment is a meaningful step in our ongoing journey to build a leadership team that reflects the richness of perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences that drive real innovation.”

Gill moves from Vena Energy, where she had served as Head of Human Resources, India, since 2021. In that role, she partnered with regional and country leadership teams to align people strategy with the renewable energy firm’s expansion across the country, working on workforce planning, HR systems, and operational transformation.

Before Vena Energy, Gill spent a decade with Azure Power, where she joined in April 2011 as Assistant General Manager and Lead, Human Resources, based in Delhi. Over the ten-year stint, she built the HR function as a business-aligned discipline, designed policies and governance frameworks, and supported what the company has described as 2X business growth during her tenure.

From August 2010 to March 2011, Gill played the role of Officer, Human Resources at Takata in Neemrana, Rajasthan. She had earlier joined Schneider Electric as Senior Executive, Human Resources in 2007, where she spent two and a half years providing end-to-end support across talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.

Gill began her career as a Trainee, HR with Airtel in 2006. She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur, where she completed her PGDM in Human Resources Management, and also holds a PGDBM in Human Resources Management from Global Business School. She has also completed the AICTE-approved programme for Emerging CHROs.
