LTIMindtree has restarted its campus recruitment process with the intention of hiring 5,000 freshers in fiscal year 2025-2026 (FY26).
Though the IT industry remains vexed with macroeconomic uncertainties, LTIMindtree is focused on talent acquisition and has returned to campus hiring this quarter with AI-powered assessments and digital-first evaluation methods.
Venu Lambu, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LTIMindtree, has stated that the company is opting for a “people-first, client-first” strategy. With AI-driven transformation and a robust fresher hiring pipeline, the company is combining innovation with talent management to create a stronger workforce.
In an interview with the Times of India, Vambu revealed that LTIMindtree had completed the onboarding of 1,600 freshers by the end of the recent quarter (Q1FY26). Over the course of the rest of the year, the company will continue its efforts towards the same.
“We restarted fresher hiring this quarter and will continue adding more throughout the year. We have a comprehensive programme in place to train, upskill, and involve them in project shadowing,” said Vambu.
