LTIMindtree has appointed Susan Cutinha as Global Head – Leadership Development, Organisational Development, and Culture.
“I’m thrilled to announce my new role as the Global Head of Leadership Development, Organisational Development & Culture at LTIMindtree. I am looking forward to strengthening a culture of care and excellence while building impactful leadership experiences across the globe,” Cutinha shared on LinkedIn.
Prior to joining LTIMindtree, Cutinha had been associated with the Atos Group for 13 years. She joined Atos Syntel in January 2012 as Location Head – Training and Development IT and was then elevated to the position of Deputy General Manager – Training and Head – Training Service Delivery in February 2017. In July 2020, Cutinha was appointed as Head of Learning and Development (L&D) – B&PS Division.
From May 2017 to December 2021, Cutinha worked as General Manager and Head – Learning & Development for Atos Syntel. She was then given the position of Program Lead – Global ONE in October 2020, which she retained until January 2022. From January 2021 to January 2022, Cutinha also served as Head L&D – Industries at Atos. She then became Group Head – Talent in January 2022 for Atos.
“I am also grateful to Syntel/Eviden/Atos for the amazing experiences and opportunities provided over the past 13 years. It was more than just a workplace, I met some incredible mentors, partnered with amazing colleagues and had the best teams to work alongside with,” Cutinha remarked. “Thank you to everyone who challenged me, supported me and most of all inspired me to be a better version of myself.”
In the past, Cutinha was also associated with L&T Infotech from 2006 to December 2011 as Senior Training Manager. Additionally, she worked from September 2001 to September 2006 as Centre Head & Group Leader (Technical) for NIIT. Cutinha was also a part of Balmer Lawrie & Company as a Systems & Database Executive from September 1998 to March 2001.
