Larsen & Toubro has appointed Reena Vijayanand as the head of talent acquisition, head office, to strengthen its leadership team.
In her new role, Vijayanand will lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives, with a mandate to build strong and future-ready talent pipelines aligned with L&T’s growth ambitions across businesses.
Vijayanand brings close to three decades of experience in strategic hiring, organisational design and large-scale talent transformation. Before joining L&T, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at AdaniConneX, where she worked closely with the board and joint venture leadership on executive hiring, governance and organisational transformation, while establishing scalable talent frameworks to support hyperscale data centre expansion.
Earlier in her career, she spent over 12 years with Samsung India as Regional HR – South, where she played a key role in workforce expansion, leadership development and HR strategy across multiple regions.
Her appointment reflects L&T’s continued emphasis on strengthening its talent engine through experienced leadership, as the group prepares to support complex projects and evolving business priorities with strong people capability.
