L’Oréal has promoted Nandini Bhalla to lead HR for its Dermatological Beauty division in India, marking her latest move within the company after several years in talent acquisition and campus hiring.
Bhalla spent close to two years establishing L’Oréal India as a preferred employer for candidates from business schools, before being elevated to lead experience hiring for L’Oréal India in October 2021. In that role, for over a year and a half, she partnered with business leaders and HR business partners to identify talent gaps and manage the full hiring cycle, from attracting candidates to onboarding and integration.
From June 2023 to January 2026, Bhalla served as Global Talent Acquisition Manager based in Paris, leading pipeline development and executive recruitment for key global roles, with responsibilities spanning growth, commercial, and medical functions, as well as the global MBA hiring strategy.
She followed that with a three-month strategic mission contributing to the launch of L’Oréal’s first Global Beauty Tech hub in Hyderabad, before moving into her current HR leadership role for the Dermatological Beauty division.
In her new position, Bhalla will oversee HR for the division as it continues to grow in the Indian market, an area where L’Oréal has been investing steadily alongside its broader beauty tech push. She joined L’Oréal in November 2019 as Lead – Young Talent for L’Oréal India. Additionally, Bhalla has worked for the Mahindra Group, ICICI Bank, ABB and Wipro Technologies.
