Following the layoff, the interior design firm Livspace sees another leadership exit as Chief Business Officer Lalit Mittal leaves the company. Recently, cofounder Saurabh Jain also left the company.
Mittal has decided to start an entrepreneurial journey here on. He joined the company in 2019 as the Senior Director of Business Initiatives. Later, he got promoted to AVP and led Livspace Select as its CEO, according to Entrackr.
This follows a mass layoff by the company recently. The company said it has deployed advanced AI agents to take over several tasks that were previously handled manually.
Founded in 2014 by Anuj Srivastava, Ramakant Sharma, and Saurabh Jain, Livspace operates in the home interiors and renovation segment and has expanded its presence across multiple Indian cities and international markets.
