LinkedIn has promoted Santosh Dsouza to the position of Senior Director of Talent Solutions for India and SAARC to strengthen its leadership for the talent business across the region.
In the expanded role, Dsouza will oversee LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions strategy and growth across India and the SAARC markets, focusing on deepening enterprise partnerships and supporting emerging market opportunities.
D’Souza’s earlier career includes leadership and business development roles at major technology and digital companies, including Nokia, Times Internet and Rediff.com, where he built strong expertise in enterprise sales and digital solutions.
The appointment reflects LinkedIn’s continued emphasis on strengthening its talent solutions offerings in India & SAARC, as organisations in the region increasingly prioritise workforce strategy, skills development and data-driven hiring practices.
Dsouza holds a postgraduate MBA in marketing from Mumbai Educational Trust and has been an active voice in talent strategy and workforce discussions, including LinkedIn’s flagship industry forums.
