Parag Pimple has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at LIC Mutual Fund Asset Management. He has also been designated as a Key Personnel for the Schemes of LIC Mutual Fund. In his new role, he will concentrate on enhancing HR practices, improving the employee experience, and supporting the company’s mission of providing customer-focused investment solutions rooted in trust and growth. Prior to this role, Parag served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited.
With over 25 years of experience, Parag has worked with leading organizations including RBL FinServe, Manipal Cigna Health Insurance, HDFC Ergo General Insurance and HDFC Asset Management Company. He has demonstrated strong leadership across diverse HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist roles, Talent Management, Assessment & Development, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations. Academically, Parag holds a Master of Management Studies (M.M.S) and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B) degree.
