Madhurya Hariharan has joined Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) as Director – Human Resources. In her new role, she will serve as the People and Talent Leader for Lennox’s India Technology Center, which focuses on delivering energy-efficient and innovative climate control solutions. Her leadership will be instrumental in fostering Lennox’s people-first culture.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Madhurya wrote, “I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined Lennox as the Director of Human Resources, heading the People and Talent functions for Lennox India Technology Centre. Overall, Madhurya brings nearly 17 years of experience to her new role. She previously had a long and accomplished tenure with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she held several key leadership positions, including Head of Talent Development for TCS North America and Head of HR for the TCS Microsoft Business Unit. Her work spanned large-scale talent transformation, leadership development, and people integration across global markets.
Throughout her career, Madhurya has also led roles across HR consulting, global talent acquisition shared services, and HR analytics. She has also advised several Fortune 500 companies on technology transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and talent integrations. As a certified Microsoft Workplace Analytics Practitioner, she leverages data-driven insights to enhance workforce productivity and employee well-being.
