Kwality Wall’s (India) has appointed Sonali Rajpurohit as HR Head.
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Head at Kwality Wall’s (India) Limited,” Rajpurohit shared on LinkedIn.
Before Kwality Wall’s, Rajpurohit was associated with Unilever. She joined the company in February 2024 as Lead – Talent Management, South Asia. In May 2025, Rajpurohit was elevated to the role of HR Lead – Ice Cream, India, and she held it until December 2025.
Rajpurohit joined udaan.com in September 2020 as Talent Management Partner. She was promoted to Lead – Talent, Culture and Engagement in April 2021 and then to HRBP – Technology & Product, Employee Engagement Lead in July 2022. Rajpurohit became HRBP – Food, FMCG and Lead – Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employer Branding in January 2023.
For over 4 years, Rajpurohit was associated with Reliance Industries. She was first appointed as Manager – Talent Management in June 2016. In June 2018, Rajpurohit was given the role of Manager – Learning & Development and was later promoted to HR Business Partner – Corporate Finance and M&A in May 2019.
Rajpurohit has an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
