Kunvarji Group has appointed Bhakti Rana as Group HR Head.

From August 2023 to November 2024, Rana was a part of MentorMyBoard. She held the role of Chief Collaboration Strategist, leading the acquisition and onboarding of community partners. This helped enhance business visibility and revenue growth.
In January 2022, Rana joined HR Anexi. She worked there as a Senior Consultant until November 2022. She was also associated with Organic Recycling Systems from May 2017 to March 2022 as Head -People & Culture. Before that, Rana was with LAJA – For Women from December 2018 to February 2020 as People Connect.
From May 2017 to February 2020, Rana worked for Blue Planet Yasasu Solutions as Head of People & Culture. She was also a part of plugHR as Cluster Manager -Consulting Partner from March 2017 to March 2019. Her other past workplaces include Centrum Retail Services, CHR Global, and SSI.
