Kumaran Systems has appointed Krithika Vidyasagar as its Vice President of Human Resources.
With over 30 years of experience in HR leadership, Vidyasagar brings deep expertise in HR transformation, organisational design, talent management, compliance, and culture building.
In her recent role as an Independent HR Consultant, she collaborated with organisations such as Foodworks Gourmet (TOVO), Annalect India, and TAG Worldwide to drive strategic people and culture initiatives.
Before her consulting engagements, Vidyasagar held senior HR leadership positions at Hogarth, Servion Global Solutions, Sensiple, Merrill Technology Services, SPI, Tech Mahindra, Sasken Technologies Limited, Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd, and Covansys.
Throughout her career, she has led large-scale HR operations, built high-performing teams, and implemented performance, retention, and governance frameworks aligned with business growth objectives.
